AJ’s Appliance Parts Sales & Service is truly a hometown gem! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and go above and beyond to help with any appliance needs. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in their work. It’s so nice to have a local shop you can trust for honest service and quality parts. Highly recommend!
Came out for a check on our dryer was the rudest gentleman we have ever dealt with! Wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Why offer service if it’s not worth ur time to help people! Why be hateful and rude to a customer who would have paid for any service and help. The older man and the younger guy that came out need another profession where they don’t have to deal with customers because they must have miserable personal lives that they let bleed over to customers. Wasn’t professional at all!
AJ's Appliances-Absolutely best place here in East Knoxville Carter/Strawberry Plains community to buy used appliances for a great price. They deliver, they stock most parts for washers, dryers, dishwashers, fridge & freezers. I've bought from here several times & I highly recommend them.
