I had a 16GB 2013 MacBook Pro I wanted to revive to hold me over between work machines, and needed it quickly. The battery no longer functioned properly and performance was super laggy. The machine is too old to be serviced by the Apple Store, but Jasper and his team helped me with a new battery, deep cleaning, and better charger for a very reasonable price and within 24 hours!

Jesper and his team at GoEBITS in Bellevue truly went above and beyond. My MacBook Pro wouldn’t turn on and ended up needing a new motherboard, which they handled faster than expected and at a very fair price. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, I was always kept informed on the status of the repair and given options. On top of that, they identified additional battery issues and resolved them at no extra cost. Highly professional, honest, and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
