My fridge was broken in a brand new home. They got me a next-day appointment with no extra fees and fixed it in an hour. They already had the part on hand. Super professional, polite and skilled. Fantastic service. I will only work with them going forward.

We had an issue with our 3 1/2 year old washing machine. Maxim from Appliance Repair Team was able to come to our home the next day. He explained what he was doing as he diagnosed the issue. Unfortunately, the issue was a failed bearing which was not economically repairable or under warranty. However, with Maxim's diagnosis and report, we were able to negotiate a significant discount on the replacement with the manufacturer. Since there was no repair option, we were only charged for the diagnostic visit. Maxim and Appliance Repair Team were fast, fair, and provided a significantly improved outcome.

Charged us $80 for a replacement of oven cord and block that had burned. Total $370 and the same issue returned in 6 months. Apparently their warranty is only 3 months for the work. Avoid this company. It’s a scam.

When they say, it's a same day repair service, they're absolutely right. Customer service rep is very polite. A couple hours later, they sent out Dave to fix our freezer issue. He is very honest and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and recommended a solution. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service at a reasonable price.
