Write this review after 2 months because I also think it's important to see the post-repair stability and running status of my device as well. I could confirm that it is a wonderful place to visit if you are having trouble with any of your devices. Firstly, doing consulting is free. They would provide you with very practical thoughts and options for you to choose from. What's more, you could bring your own repair plan to them as long as it is applicable and feasible. In my case my PS5 Slim Digital Edition is suffering from an overheating issue, where I kindof know it is more likely to be a liquid metal issue. They actively helped on the testing and also helped on dismembering the device to do full examination on the liquid metal based on my own preference and speculation, as I have promised to pay on their time and labor regardless. As a result it was indeed the liquid metal issue and they helped clean it carefully with replenishment and my console works 100% just like new even on the poor-optimized and heavily-loaded scenes. The charges they offer are also reasonable and affordable. It was really a nice and efficient repairing experience to me.

I know this shop already has over 1,000 reviews and a near-perfect rating, so they don’t 'need' my feedback—but they absolutely deserve it. These guys are incredible engineers and even better people. ​Here is the context: I brought two gaming laptops to a different local shop for a RAM and WiFi card upgrade. That shop charged me over $200 (including a 'rush fee'), only to hand the laptops back saying the WiFi card was soldered on and couldn't be replaced. They were disinterested, didn't even power on the devices to test them, and left me out $200 for a job they didn't complete. ​I called around and was referred to Jet City. When I explained the situation, they were immediately helpful. They actually paused the call to research my specific laptop model, texted me back to confirm the card wasn't soldered, and told me to come in. When I arrived, the associate already knew the situation. They opened the laptop and showed me that the previous shop hadn't even removed the factory tape—they had lied completely. Jet City installed the card in minutes and refused to let me pay for it. ​I was so impressed by their honesty that I returned an hour later with my daughter’s phone to fix a camera issue. They fixed it in 30 minutes, and I was happy to finally pay them for their time. ​They are honest, fast, and transparent—they even do the repairs in the front where you can watch. I will be coming here for every electronic repair I need in the future. I can’t recommend them enough!
