Great and kind staff-just a minor qualm. When I went for my battery replacement appointment, they didn’t have the battery in stock. I have an older iPhone. Not entirely their fault, as I made the appointment through Apple and not them, so they didn’t have my info, but maybe a good idea to be contacted ahead of time to confirm stock of battery. Other thing was when my phone was handed back to me, the Find My Repair Mode was still enabled, and I had to contact Apple to troubleshoot in order to remove. Find My Repair Mode should be disabled when the repair is done. Again, though, this places beats a hellish Apple Store any day.
