We purchased a love seat and sofa these folks about 4 years ago. It was a good quality heavy duty furniture. I am a big man so I knew i needed to buy good furniture. After 4 years I was having a problem with where I at on the couch it squeaky as if a spring was broken. Called the store they took a message and promptly returned the phone call. They set an appointment The owner came and looked at it. He sent one of his men out extremely pleasant. Gave us foam for the cushions not just where I sat. This didn’t fix the problem. The same man came out again and added stuffing to the rear cushions stil no fix. Called a gain and sent private furniture repair man. Found that a screw was never put in correctly fixed it problem solved. Thank you so much for your diligence! I will buy any future furniture from them!!! Buy local be sure it is locally owened

From sales to service, this business has gone down the tubes. Sales person had no interest in what we were saying and continually talked over us. Had to special order that would take up to 3 months. Sales person said to not call to check status that they would contact us. Received item that had imperfections and instead of replacing the item, the resolution offered was to replace the areas of imperfection. Waited another month to find out that the new piece of furniture would need to be totally dismantled to replace the imperfect parts. They should have ensured that the manufacturer replace the unit instead of replacing parts only because we have no idea if the repairs would have been as good as new.
