The last two technicians that were here did a great job at servicing my system, especially since part of it hadn't been serviced at all since you started here so long ago. The other techs didn't even know what this one part was. For that I am grateful. However, this last time I again mentioned getting my water tested which I will do. The part that upset me was that my technician told me that when selling a house, it is now required by law that the water is tested by the seller and or buyer. I have not heard of this law. I know the buyers are recommended to do their due diligence when purchasing a house, but I have not seen anywhere that anything is actually required and nor has my friend who is a realtor. I purchased a water test anyway for my own sake as I did last time, but I do not like false information. And if there is a new law that I am not aware of and cannot find, then I am sorry and would love to know where that information is.

When I reached out initially for a new system a rep was sent out within a few days. Tony came to the property and provided me an estimate on the system and he also informed me my pressure tank was at the end of is useful life. They were able to schedule the installation the following week. I was very pleased with the communication and service. Today Matt arrived early and went right to work. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. Matt is very knowledgeable about the system and after everything was done he went over each part in great detail. He was very patient with all my questions and answered and demonstrated things so I was able to understand. I'm very pleased with the service I received. Thank you!!! The following day I had issues with my water pressure and Matt came right back out and checked everything. He spent a lot of time ruling out issues with the new system. Everything was pointing to an issue with my well pump which was over 25 years old. Jeff called me later that day to explain everything to me and then he called around and found a company that could help me. He explained all my problems to the week people so when I called they already knew the issue and ask i had to do was schedule them to come out. The service, knowledge and communication was outstanding!!!!

We’ve had a great experience with Air and Water Quality over the years. The service has consistently been excellent. Phil, in particular, has serviced our system multiple times and has always been fantastic to work with. He’s kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to walk us through what actually needs to be done versus what might be recommended down the road. We never feel pressured — just well informed. Highly recommend both the company and Phil.

Very good company to work with. They were very upfront and service was quick. We found we had radon in our water, called Air and Water quality, next day had someone at our house to look at what we might need for our system. After doing some tests and reviewing the water test we had done previous to calling them the system we needed was quoted to us on the spot. Pricing was reasonable and the turn around on installation was very quick. Absolutely no problems working with these guys. They took care of getting electricians on site to set the house up for the system needs. We have a small utility room and the size of the system was mildly undersold to us about the full square footage that this system we had would be taking up. But that being said with the size of our room not much could be done to prevent that other than a full re plumb of the hot water system and ect. I still can not recommend this company enough.
