I got my phone screen replaced here several years ago and they were fast, affordable, and the repair was excellent. I just stopped in recently looking for a replacement charger for my laptop, and they had it in stock even though I was having trouble finding it elsewhere. I will definitely be using them again in the future!
I almost didn't go to Device Pitstop. On Monday my phone port stopped charging. I called another cell phone repair place in town since DP was closed. They told me to they couldn't fix my issue. I had a free minute so I decided to go into Device Pitstop on Tuesday. They took my phone and saw a rock had fallen in my charging port. He worked on it for about 20 min and got it out and I was back to charging. I asked how much....and he didn't charge me. This made my day/life. It's amazing when you run into good customer service. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much.
I was a walk in customer that needed a review/update to my laptop computer. I was immediately greeted and someone began to work with me within 2 minutes of walking in. The agent I worked with inquired as to what I needed and after a brief discussion he began to review and update my computer. Very friendly and professional, I would highly recommend Device Pitstop of Maple Grove.
