The owner (who seems to be the main person running the place and dealing with customers) was honestly one of the most unprofessional people I’ve ever had to deal with. From the start of the phone call, the conversation felt hostile and completely one-sided.
He barely let me speak. Every time I tried to explain what was actually going on with my laptop, he interrupted me, talked over me, or raised his voice. It felt impossible to get a single full sentence out. Instead of listening, he kept pushing his own opinions and giving “advice” that didn’t even apply to my situation. The whole tone was extremely condescending. He kept repeating that he was “the expert” and that I should just “listen” to him because he’s worked on thousands of laptops — basically acting like he’s some kind of laptop god. The way he carried himself came off as completely narcissistic, like there was no room for anyone else to speak or have input. It didn’t feel like a professional trying to help; it felt like someone trying to dominate the conversation and shut the customer down.
Overall, it was one of the worst and most uncomfortable customer service experiences I’ve had in the U.S. Maybe this place used to deserve its 5-star reviews, but based on how I was treated, that’s not the case anymore. I would not trust my device here.

Nanosystems has served all my online and computer needs for nearly a decade, including buying my Apple computer from them. I am 77 and not very computer literate, so I do have mostly simple issues (to Nanosystems), but everything is complex to me. Sometimes I go into their conveniently located shop, but mostly I just call them and they can fix most any problem that way, usually the same day. They are honest, very capable, reasonably priced, and friendly. I highly recommend them!

Giving the extra star because the staff I worked with was nice and understanding, but do not trust your computer or digital safety here. The steps they took were not in line with what had infected my computer, the owner was at best pushy and berrated staff in the store while I was there. 300$ wasted to not even fix my pc.

Had a problem with a laptop and PC. Tried to fix it myself and have a “tech” buddy get it done. Bad idea. They would not connect even though OneDrive should have made everything the same on both units.
Nanosystems fixed my errors, found some reliable and affordable parts to fix my tech and transferred all my old data to new storage. Basically seamless transition.
