Superb service! Came out to fix my furnace on a weekend; the technician was able to get the part needed and had my furnace up and working in less than 90 minutes!!! I am so grateful for Blue Ox. I highly recommend using this company. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan and will continue to call these guys for my HVAC needs.

Dan Treptau came out to help when my parents’ furnace suddenly stopped working, and we had a great experience with him. He actually showed up much earlier than we anticipated, which was amazing and very much appreciated. Dan was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was doing and helped us understand what was going on with the furnace instead of just rushing through the job. That really meant a lot to us. He made a stressful situation much easier for our family, and we’re very thankful for his help. Highly recommend Dan and the Blue Ox Heating & Air team.

The furnace gave out in the middle of the night. Early in the morning, I called 3 HVAC companies and Blue Ox was the first to send someone out with an estimate. AJ was professional, thorough and his recommendations matched what I had researched on my own (so I knew he wasn't pulling one over on me). They put my installation on the schedule for the following day. Victor did a solid job (see pic) and was very mindful of not making too much noise or too much mess. Price: I received 2 other quotes that were $500 and $700 cheaper thank Blue Ox, however, I believe I got what I paid for in Blue Ox's professionalism, timeliness and quality of work.... Jared was amazing and walked through everything with me. Im very happy with the thorough inspection he did and the in depth explanation he gave me afterwards! I would definitely recommend Blue Ox to anyone with HVAC issues!
