Modern Plumbing & Heating

Had a main drain clog on a Saturday. Modern Plumbing was able to get someone out within a few hours to check things out. Joe and Dom were awesome, very professional and friendly. Got the job done efficiently. Clean-up was immaculate. I will definitely be hiring them for all our plumbing and heating needs in the future. Fast forward 9 days and problems with the furnace. Called Modern late in the afternoon and they were able to get someone out right away the next morning. Wayne was just as awesome and proficient as the plumbing guys were. So glad to have finally found a company that is dependable and trustworthy.

​I had an excellent experience with Modern Plumbing and Heating for a recent water heater replacement. Their overall service is incredible, and the quality of their work is evident from start to finish. ​The company sent out Jared, who did an amazing job. He was professional, easy to talk to, and had great communication skills. He truly went above and beyond to answer all my questions and even made sure the water was clean and the workspace was tidy before heading out. It’s clear this company holds itself to high standards. Out furnace went out over the weekend in the early part of January. I called Modern Plumbing & Heating Monday morning at 7am....by 1pm they had a technician Wayne out to see what was going on (the same technician who has previously inspected our furnace in the past). He looked everything over and mentioned that it could be a couple different things causing our furnace not to ignite. The furnace was 25 years old, and he recommended rather than trying to replace parts on an old furnace, to buy a new one (FYI, we don't plan on moving). Wayne gave us a few options (good, better, and best) for a new furnace. He was able to install it the very next morning, giving us heat again in our house in the middle of January! As he was installing our new furnace, I found out Modern Heating & Plumbing drove 150 miles round trip to get the it at 5:30am so installation could begin at 8am. In short, I called Modern Heating & Plumbing Monday morning at 7am, and by Tuesday at noon they had our new furnace install complete! They definitely exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone.
