This Saturday afternoon at 2:45 pm I was freaking out because my Apple accounts were locked and it was not clear to me how to unlock them. Had not received any emails for three days and it was driving me nuts. My IT vendor doesn't work on weekends and I am leaving on a business trip early next week and I will NEED access to my emails on my iphone while in the airport, etc. I saw Experimax was open until 3 pm today. When I walked in, the two ladies from Experimax each had customers with whom they were finishing up. When the first one finished up she cheerfully brought me back to her desk to ask how she could help me. She immediately took charge and very calmly and professionally got my iphone and ipad restored without any drama. I am so grateful to these people for their great work. They also helped us last summer when my wife got her new ipad. These folks are a ton better than the Apple branded stores in my opinion. If you want your computer problems rectified by professionals, this is the place to go!!! P.S. I like the vibe at your new location!!!
