Planet Bass

I called after they opened to book a appointment and nobody answered. I waited for about 15 minutes and called them back. I don't remember the Owners name, but I did talk to him and he said he wasn't at the Store at that time. I purchased a new (Full stack), Gallien Krueger Bass System from Sweetwater, because nobody in the Twin Cities had what I needed. To my surprise Speakon Cables were not included with my New GK System, so I decided to buy the Speakon Cables locally and also wanted to build a Bass Rig / Rack System. My conversation started with a long list of things that I needed and the first thing I talked to him about was Speakon Cables. He stopped me and gave me a arrogant reply, pertaining to the Speakon Cables and because of that, I decided to end the conversation and take my Business somewhere else, who would probably appreciate it. I'm not going to waste my time with people like this, because Life is way too short.
