Common sense company. Had new water softener, iron filter, and RO system installed. My water went from a little scary to amazing, didn’t try and sell me the most expensive solution, offered me options and explained what was needed and what was fluff.
Joe gave me accurate estimates up front and did awesome job repairing the leak.
talked with Joe on the phone for about 10 min about an issue with (what i thought was a plumbing issue, but turned out to be a well issue). He was incredibly helpful and actually spent time with me to try and figure it out. In the end, he said, "that's just not our specialty," and was honest with me on what his capabilities were. I think that's pretty solid.
I had an issue with my softener and when I called the operator recommend Is end some photos to see if we could fix it w/o coming out. Joe called me back and helped me get my settings figured out and get the unit cycling again!! Amazing customer service, we will absolutely use Robillard plumbing for our future needs.
