I had a vintage Emerson 9-inch TV that I had bought about a year ago. Unfortunately, the DVD player stopped working, so I took it to Jake for repair. He informed me that he could fix it by disassembling it. He mentioned that he just needed to order a new part for the DVD player, which I agreed with. He suggested that I meet him after a few days for the repair to be completed. I waited patiently, but when I called repeatedly, I received no replies or answers. Instead, I was left with a disassembled TV that was broken into pieces. Not only was it a rare TV, but it was also expensive. I tried taking it to another repair shop, but they informed me that I was missing the main circuit for the TV. I tried calling Jake again, but he ignored me and left me open to constant calls. I was initially hesitant to write this review, but I must admit that I was deeply disappointed with his service. To make matters worse, he lied to me about the repair process. Based on the reviews, I cannot recommend Jake as a repair service. If I do not receive any response in the next few days, I may have to take him to court and settle the matter.
