I can’t say enough about Mike. He was so helpful explaining everything to this 80 year old without making me feel stupid. I will have no one else from Degree come from now on. Great employee as a rep from your business. Gal on the phone was also so helpful as could be.

Dennis provided outstanding service! He’s very thorough and took the time to properly install and fix wiring. He also ensured everything was working properly before leaving. Very knowledgeable and truly went above and beyond!

I had a great experience. My oil burner was running poorly and they managed to get me an appointment before the Arctic blast coming this weekend. Degree has been terrific, Mike the tech was awesome and Destiny is always terrific! The price I paid is for my annual service contract which I renewed today. Todays service was part of last years contract. The contract price is very reasonable. I don’t know how much today’s service would have cost without it but no doubt considerably more. The contract gives me great peace of mind. Thank you Degree!

Maliek R. performed the routine maintenance on my propane furnace. It had appeared to me that the furnace was working OK, and he confirmed that it did not need anything beyond routine maintenance. Maliek is an absolute pleasure to work with. He has an especially friendly, helpful attitude, and he cheerfully complied with all my requests. Scheduling was also easy. Ben was awesome! He was so thorough and polite. Came out on an off hours service call. Really nice guy. If you could request the tech that comes I would absolutely request Ben every time! Great experience because of him. He took his time even though it was late and before a holiday. Ma de sure we were up and running and stayed running on the night before a holiday.
