Service Stars has won me over (not an easy feat). At first I was skeptical of the low monthly fee for their membership, thinking "what's the catch? where else are they going to upsell me?" A few months later, they promptly came out to fix an emergency boiler issue on a Sunday and helped re-pipe our old copper pipes (Derrick and team did an amazing job). Their team is consistently trustworthy, thorough, and detail-oriented. You get the quality you pay for!

Tom, the technician and representative, who came to my home was phenomenally informed and knowledgeable of all the information and understanding's. Is candor was much appreciated and he had a delightful personality where he showed patience and true concern for not only our immediate need. But our long term fit to be happy with a system that would provide for us. I would recommend tom to anyone. We previously had 5 quotes before him. And to be honest, he was the most knowledgeable and showed the most insight and care. I have seen so far. This will be one of the primary reasons.Why we go with his services.

I had a wonderful experience with Service Stars for my heating project. I had four different contractors come and Tom was, by far, the most thorough in his evaluation of my furnace's capacity and options for my basement. I had some questions about the layout of the ductwork and the owner, Jeremy, came by to take a look and talk through the project. The team that did the install was ontime, communicative, and professional - and very respectful of our interior space, wearing boots and laying down floor covering. The interest all team members took to make sure I was pleased during the entire the end-to-end process was bar-none. The quote was accurate with no hidden/additional fees.
