Horrible customer service! Had an actively leaking pipe in my garage during this most recent cold snap 10 degrees. They scheduled me for an appointment (8AM-12PM) to assess the damage and to provide me an estimate. I took the entire day off from work just to get a call at 10AM that they were too busy and couldn't make it! Then the operator said he could reschedule me for the following week 8 days away! With a pipe leaking water in sub zero temperatures! Are they CRAZY! I had canceled other companies to come by after I locked in Carmine's to get to my house sooner. Boy! What a mistake! So I had to call those other companies back and have them come out instead. Then I wanted to call the direct line for this company and nobody answers and I am routed to GEM plumbing and they didn't pick up either. Don't waste your time or your money with this company!

Recently had a electric water tank in my condo in Danbury replaced. I was surprised to see that their price had more than doubled from 2019 when they installed a similar water heater. I checked with other companies and their prices are half of what I paid Carmine. I have been a long term customer for their Ac services as well, guess it is the merger that has caused the prices to go up. Hence 2 star for the price but work was good.

I first would like to thank Carmine's for there prompt service. I have never used them before and I chose them because of their great Google reviews and they did not disappoint. I called them at 9:30 letting them know my furnace wasn't not working so I had no heat. They had someone here promptly by 11. Tyler D. was very nice and professional. He quickly found the problem we were having with our furnace and had the part on his truck to fix it. He also took great care with our home. It was a very pleasant experience. Thank you all!
