I’m so grateful for the wonderful service we received. The plumber fixed my mom’s sink quickly and professionally, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. The company was incredibly responsive, easy to coordinate with, and arrived right on time. Several years ago we were interested in getting an on-demand hot water system to replace the standard hot water heater at our home in Wolcott. A real estate friend of ours recommended L&P Plumbing out of Torrington. We gave them a call and an appointment was scheduled for May 11, 2017. Sean and Jerry came to our home and did spectacular work installing a Navien 240/A on-demand hot water system. Both gentlemen were professional, friendly and very meticulous… and when they left it was as if they were never here. We’ve had Sean come back every two years to descale the Navien 240/A so it’ll continue to operate efficiently. As recently as today, May 14, 2025, I texted Sean at 9:47 AM regarding a possible propane leak on the outside propane tank. Sean was at my house about an hour later and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty regulator. He installed a brand new regulator and then checked all the units in my house that ran off the propane tank to ensure they were running properly. Problem solved! I can state without hesitation that L&P Plumbing is a gold-standard company and I give them my highest recommendation. They are THE best.
