Being our first time shopping for an appliance at Buzaids we found Ron to be friendly, helpful and quite knowledgeable. Went out of his way to even plugging in appliance to see lighting. The delivery was equally done with on time, friendly, careful installation/removal and set up of our refrigerator. Highly recommend!!
Very kind staff (Ron was great!) that are knowledgeable about the appliances they sell, and are willing to suggest a unit that would meet the needs of each individual's price range! Helped us all the way down to the shipping prices & calling to remind us on the delivery day that our washer/dryer were on their way. Would recommend!
We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Buzaid appliance in Brookfield. The showroom was beautiful, bright, clean and well stocked. Our salesman Daniel O. went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we needed and the delivery team was amazing. We really like to use local businesses and both the salesman and delivery staff mentioned that they are well treated as employees and for us that sealed the deal, we will be purchasing our appliances from Buzaid from now on.
We go to Buzaid for all our appliance needs. We work directly with Corey G there and he is phenomenal! He is very educated on the appliances, works to get you a great deal and communicates thoroughly from the start of “looking” to the final installation. One of a kind customer service and wonderful appliances as well!
