Not happy at all with purchase of washing machine and dishwasher. When I walked in to the store, my salesman was on the phone So another gentleman took care of me. I told him my dishwasher went, and he went on line and asked me what color did I want and I said well, the rest of my appliances are bisque, but it doesn’t matter that much, but it would be nice if they matched. He said oh we have one dishwasher left in Stock in my price range in that color. (never physically saw it on the floor ) - More detailed, And long story short after the delivery charge and the plumber /electric charge It was delivered And I hated it, and it was very cheaply made. I know this because the SAME PRICE dishwasher GE down the street at Buzaid Mutual Appliance was much better made and bigger inside and stainless steel interior instead of cheap plastic. Poor customer service when I called to ask why my dishwasher did not run for four days. They had to send a special repair man out, but never called or checked on my satisfaction. I would not buy another thing from them. I’m not happy with either appliance and their customer service.

I bought a new refrigerator and dishwasher. From walking in the show room to closing the door everything could not have gone better and smoother. I went in knowing what I didn't want and a rough idea of what I did want. Pat helped me figure out what I did want and we found it! GE for both!! And we came in on my planned price. They delivered yesterday. To get the refrigerator in they had to go through the front door. They even shoved the walk way!!! Way above and beyond. I could not be happier. Big shout out to Pay, Eugene, Tommy and the kind nice man who installed the dishwasher, I didn't catch his name!! Bravo!! Will definitely use them AGAIN!!!
