Czyz's Appliance

Today is 02/14/2026, I was looking to buy a new Dishwasher and had been to a couple of local outlets. Being from Reno and love to support local businesses decided to go to Cyzy's only to find out on what I thought was appliance store's big weekend, Cyzy's was closed for the weekend... I give 2 starts of success!

My wife and I recently remodeled our kitchen. We worked with Matthew at the Reno location, His product knowledge, attention to detail and customer service was second to none! We are so pleased with our purchases and the follow up provided by Matthew. In addition the delivery and installation team were so polite and respectful of our home. The installation was flawless! We would highly recommend Matthew and Czyz's for all your appliance needs. Great people and service.

I recently bought a Wolf cooktop through Czyz's Appliance store. They didn't keep the cooktops in stock so Blair ordered one for me and it arrived within a week, as they told me it would, direct from the mfg. We installed the cooktop ourselves and found there were no knobs included anywhere. I contacted the store that next day and they took care of the issue right away! They got three of the five knobs drop shipped to me within a day or two - come to find out the rest were on backorder so maybe that's why they weren't in the box? - and the rest arrived in less than a week. I am so impressed with how quickly the issue was resolved - they absolutely exceeded expectations and were so easy to work with! Thank you Blair and company!

Blair in customer service was incredibly responsive, patiently answering all our questions and quickly helping us find the perfect washer/dryer unit for our needs.
