My Samsung dryer threw a code C3 on Thanksgiving day, I called Samsung and put in the claim, they told me that this was their provider and that they would be in touch with me to schedule service within 2 days. Friday went by, the weekend went by, Monday went by, Tuesday afternoon I made the call to them. The girl with the sqeeky voice answers the phone and says that she was just about to call me. Yeah right! Anyway, she asks me what is going on with my dryer, like why did I give all of that info to Samsung? I explain the issue again, she says that they have to order the parts. She then calls me on Thursday to say that she couldn't get tracking in the parts but that she was pretty sure they would be there Monday and that my repair man will be at my place from 9 to 1. No other options were given, nothing on Samsung repair policy explained. I waited for a confirmation call that I thought I would get on Monday, did not receive it, so called myself before 5 pm which is typically normal business hours, only to find out that they don't answer calls after 3 pm. 9 to 1 is a huge amount of time for me to wait not knowing if they are actually going to show, because of this, I left 2 vms that night before stating that I need to reschedule for when I can be more available for a company that gives a flaky vibe. The girl would not reschedule me due to Samsung policies that she never described in the first place. The only thing she was good at is arguing with me instead of coming up with a solution. When I asked if she could reschedule me in 2 to 3 weeks she laughed at me. When I asked her if she treated all of her customers this way, she told me that I was rude. Rude? Umm okay because I called you out on your poor communication skills with customers? I have never experienced such poor customer service. I advise anyone against using this company, and I really hope that the owner reads this and trains their employees to be better customer service providers, companies thrive on good customer service. I would love to discuss this over the phone with a manager if you want to give me a call.
Worst place to deal with. No communication, shows up late. It took them two weeks to come out to my house. When they got there. They had the wrong part told me they would have to order another part which would take about two weeks. Two weeks goes by, and I call GE. GE tells me they are no longer servicing this claim. Thanks Forrest for letting me know. Most likely, this company will comment with some kind of lie. Find somebody else to work on your appliances. Just saving you all a headache. Even GE did not agree with the way they handled things.
