I had planned to sled with my dog on an inflatable sled but hadn’t got the pump. I went in to buy an inflation device. Lewis was a godsend. He showed me the various options and even helped me inflate the toboggan in the store. Some of the options i had considered buying didn’t work for my inflatable sled, so I was glad Lewis helped me set up the sled. Lewis went above and beyond to help out and was charming to talk to throughout the interaction! Thanks so much Lewis!!
I'm an IV local and I am in Mountain Hardware at least once a week. I think this place, and especially the staff, is possibly the best thing about living in Incline. Really, it's the employees that make the experience. They're just lovely, knowledgeable, super polite and friendly. I'm such a fan. Keep up the good work and thank you all for being such a special place in our community.
It's only decent hardware store in incline village. I wish it was bigger. Has a reasonable selection, people there seem very nice and friendly. Check open and close times before going. It's part of the ace hardware group so your rewards number works even if it's from a different state. Plenty of open parking, can easily bring a boat or trailer into the car park. Just a few steps away from groceries, cafe and pizza!
The absolute best staff! We had an event and needed some last second supplies and the team there dropped everything to help us out! Truly amazing people! Please go support this business!
This is my Home Depot up here in Incline! Very rarely do they not have what I’m looking for. With the new side open this place is awesome. Clothing, cold weather gear, boots, camping and hiking gear! Along with all of your hardware needs!! The staff are all awesome, friendly and knowledgeable.
