Go see Lee at the Macy's Jewelry Watch Repair counter. He is phenomenal!!! Good ole customer service, friendly, smiles and very honest. He is their new employee at the Jewelry Watch Repair counter. I had a watch my mom bought 2 years ago that needed a new battery. This was the 1st time I was getting a new battery. I originally went to Harland Watch and Repair next to Trader Joes. Harland said the new battery didn't work and I needed to pay $50 for cleaning and $75 for new parts plus Harland refused to open the back of my watch to show me how dirty it was and to see what parts needed to be replaced claiming it was too difficult to remove the back cover. Red flags went up at Harland Watch Repair!! So, I went to Macy's and Lee at the Macy's Watch Repair counter helped me. First he showed me where Harland had damaged the lip on the back cover when they tried to move it. It took Lee 20 minutes gently working on the back cover to get it off. Then he showed me the inside. Spotless and did not need cleaning as Harland claimed. He put in a new battery and voila!! It ran perfectly it did not need new parts that Harland claimed. He fixed the lip that Harland had damaged and he polished the gold rim round the face and silver back so they shine like a new watch! He only charged me for the new battery. It's been a month and the watch runs perfectly. DO NOT GO TO HARLAND WATCH AND REPAIR NEXT TO TRADER JOES. Instead, go see Lee at Macy's Watch Repair counter by the jewelry counter. Lee is honest and friendly to work with. Trust me! Julie
