This is my first time giving a review. Don’t think it’s necessary to waste my time doing so but for this certain Shop do not take your stuff in for repairs. I took a necklace for repair Was charged $40-$60. I would expect for them to do a good job for that price. I’m going to put a picture of my necklace what they did and I’m gonna put a picture of my bracelet, what I was expecting to get. as you can see on my necklace is not welded. I could have gone and bought a cheap necklace somewhere and replaced it myself at home. Necklace fell apart after a week or so!!!!! I bought a used 2021 Breitling Superocean to celebrate one year sober. Not only is it special for that reason, but it's also my first "big boy" watch. Unfortunately I felt the rotor was making a funny noise and the crown felt a bit gritty when winding. I fretted and stressed then took it to 5 star after they were recommended to me by DeVons jewelers on S Virginia. I live 3.5 hours from Reno so this was a big deal to get this right the first time. Five Star Jewelry delivers superior service. I brought in a necklace that needed a jump ring. They fixed it quickly and cleaned it up beautifully. My mother bought the necklace for me at a young age and I’m now able to wear it again. It has a very special meaning to me. Thank you very much.
