We bought our washer and dryer 5 years ago. The washer was making a strange noise.We contacted service and scheduled a repair person. The tech came out and identified the problem. Some parts were ordered and the repair was complete.The best part of this repair was the time it took was within 1 week. And the repair was under warranty.The whole staff were professional and efficient.
I walked into the store and I was immediately approached by the Kyle who was the manager. I’m a senior citizen who purchased a Dryer from RC Willey’s and it’s not drying clothes or sheets. Apparently, RC uses the cheapest foil tube that kinks as soon as you as you push the dryer back in place. Kyle recommend a thicker tube with a clamp that fits perfectly. No more double cycles.
Scheduling was very easy for repair service. Daryl our repair tech was kind, knowledgeable, and time efficient. They saved us a ton of money by repairing our washing machine rather than having to buy a new unit. A+
