Had a great experience buying my new dryer from Brother's Maine in Janesville, WI. Diane Hodges was the sales associate and was very friendly and helpful. Set up delivery and install within a day of purchase. Everything went smooth. Very happy with the service
I went in knowing what I wanted as I had spent the last month researching a new washer. John was very helpful, kind, and was very knowledgeable. Delivery was next day right away in the am, Dustin and Anthony were very professional, kind and explained to me how to install and level my machine. I've been to Brother's Main now 3 times and will continue to buy from there. Already in love with my Speed Queen.
The employees who actually work for Brothers Main are great! The 3rd party delivery crews are a nightmare! First crew was working on their 13th hour of the day & just had zero energy left to do a delivery. The 2nd crew who had to come back & take away a faulty dryer & replace with a new one, seriously was the worst! They delivered a dryer that I find difficult to believe was a new dryer! It was covered in a dirty dust (which should not happen if the box was sealed brand new), and damaged badly from pedestal mounts that gauged the front of the dryer, along with just scratches on the glass it appeared to have. Finally after requesting only Brothers Main's delivery drivers to bring us our 3rd dryer, we finally received great care in delivery! They actually cared about how it was delivered & installed! Now the only other thing we are getting frustrated with, is we keep being told they will get us a bottle of touch up paint... that they will contact us when they get a response back from the Madison office for getting us this... well that has been going on a Month now with still no time frame for when we will get that. Starting to believe we will never see that touch up paint! I will update the post depending on how long it takes to receive the touch up paint 😟
