Not a good experience. Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation for 2:00. Was told when I got there that they may not have time for the tire rotation. I then was able to get assurance that it would be done. They performed the oil change but needed to obtain the filter from Advance auto parts. They waited for the filter to be delivered but while waiting did not do the tire rotation, even though the car remained on the hoist. They completed the oil change and removed the vehicle from the garage. They stated they didn’t have the time to do the tire rotation. I wasn’t happy and was able to talk them into doing the tire rotation so they put to car back into the garage for the tire rotation. About 2 minutes later they came back to me and said they would not do the tire rotation because the tires were too bald. Needless to say was not happy with the run around. Will not be a customer again for my car care needs.
