I called and set up an appt for 10 am didnt receive a call or text that they were running late finally I reached someone and they said between 3 to 5 pm. The work they did was fine but was charged a $98 travel fee from janesville to beloit that is not fine with me when they told me there would be a travel fee plus me waiting all day to reach them after being late .
D & P is the best! He's fixed our washing machine, dishwasher, and is coming over this afternoon to look at a refrigerator we called about this morning. Super fast, reliable service at a good price. Highly recommend!!
My experience with D & P repair was wonderful. From the moment I placed my call to them, Dan was very nice and sincere. He was able to come out the next afternoon. He was very knowledgeable and showed me how Wahl's Appliance rigged my wiring and he was very unimpressed with how bad they made it by mixing and matching parts. He was very friendly and talked to me the whole time and had it fixed very quickly. I highly recommend these guys for any appliance repairs. Very fair price and honest people.
