I was not impressed with Dale when I took my son's vacuum to be repaired. He asked if I knew that Bissell was a disposable vacuum? It needed a new brush and would take several weeks as he had already placed his order for the month. I then received a call 2 weeks later informing me that the part was not available and would I come and get it ...there was nothing he could do. Miraculously, I found the part on Amazon! Wow.... imagine that. Poor customer service and attitude.
I brought in my very old Hoover which I love and has been very dependable. It had never been repaired for anything before. They did fix it but when I picked it up it was missing the dusting brush and the slide bar for the height adjustment. They also suggested I should replace it and buy a new machine from them. Those new ones will never last half as long as my 26-year-old Hoover.
I brought in my Dyson because the back of the dirt chamber had come off and was resisting all my efforts to put it back in place. The gentleman who assisted could not have been nicer. He fixed it quickly and did not charge me a thing. I will be back for any accessories and future cleanings/repairs needed. 5 stars is the least I could do for such great and friendly service!!
