Went for a coolant system flush (thought I had put in the wrong coolant and it was coagulating). They checked the system and found it didn't need a flush. They were honest when they didn't have to be and saved me money. Always appreciate their good and honest work.
Service at CTR begins at the front desk. If you are made to feel like you matter you're off to a great start. The service on my vehicle was done in a timely manner. It was done correctly and the cost was reasonable. No surprses here. You get all the details up front and the quality of the service from start to finish is superb.
This review is from my husband “I was driving through Janesville from Illinois on 90 in the middle of the polar vortex when all the lights on my dash turned on, my heat went out and i lost power steering. My stomach sank. I managed to get off the highway and pulled into a box mechanic shop where they got one look under my hood and said my car was way too messed up for them to fix. They sent me a mile down the road to CTR. CTR got me in immediately, in the middle of what was obviously a busy day for them. They diagnosed the problem with my belt, got the part ASAP and fixed it the same afternoon for a very reasonable price. They could have easily taken advantage of my situation and charged me twice as much for half the hustle, but they chose to deal with me straight and give me good service. The owner also took the time to explain the car and the repair to me. I actually feel "lucky" my car broke down where it did, so far from home, because the repair would likely have been so much more stressful if it happened at home” I personally am very happy he found this place and am happy to recommend them to anyone in the area or traveling through. I have taken many different vehicles to CTR for a wide variety of diagnosis, repairs, and general maintenance and service needs, and CTR has been honest, 100% accurate, reasonably priced, and prompt every time - plus providing options and thoughtful advice when a decision needs to be made.
