Jade helped us clean up and repair a 50 year old watch that I recently inherited from my great grandfather. Not only did he get it running and nicely cleaned, but he didn't charge a dime! Next time we're thinking about picking up a new piece, we'll absolutely come to The Diamond Center first. Thanks Jade!
Me and my boyfriend had a great experience here looking at engagement rings! We were immediately greeted by Mariel and she helped get us started. Erik informed us on everything we should know when searching for an engagement ring and was patient, knowledgeable, and kind. We look forward to coming back and finalizing our purchase in the near future! A shout out to Jeff as well; he was kind enough to acknowledge me and show me around a few months ago when my sister went in to get her engagement ring cleaned and polished. Overall an amazing place, with great staff that care!

I had lost my main diamond to my wedding set back in October and was completely devastated. I finally was able to go and get it fixed and went to see Christine and Merial at the Diamond Center- whom my mother in law has been working with for almost TWENTY YEARS (the place).. and I HONESTLY can see why. I was treated with such respect and kindness. I wasn’t sure where my husband had gotten my wedding set- it was old and when we got it, we didn’t have anything, let alone any money for an engagement set… never once did they judge or make me feel that my set was small or less than anything but perfect. They make you feel like a VIP the ENTIRE time you are there and I can tell that I will never buy any of my jewelry any place other than there. Did I mention I drove 90 minutes to get here? Worth it. When I get my ring back, I’ll post photos then :)
Love this place! The Diamond center was one of many places my now fiancé and I went to look at engagement rings. They had the friendliest and most helpful staff who really took their time with us and made the whole experience feel personal and exciting. Most jewelry stores seemed to not take us seriously when looking for rings, but I felt very special and important here, and that meant a lot, so I told my financé this was the business I wanted to support and I’m so glad we got my ring from here. Stephanie was so knowledgeable and kind. I really appreciate her gentle approach to helping out an overwhelmed girl who couldn’t decide exactly what she wanted. Jeff, the manager, was a hoot! I love his personality and how easy it felt to talk to him and ask questions. He made us laugh so much! I am so in love with my ring and so pleased with the staff. Great folks to meet and support! Thank you Jeff and Stephanie! You made me and my finance very happy!!
