Go see the team at this Kay Jewelers! I had to arrange an anniversary gift from 600 miles away and they took the call and made the effort to make the experience as close to "in-person" as they could. Julie in particular, with no incentive other than to provide excellent customer service, went above and beyond to help me get an appropriate gift.
Terrible customer service. I had 2 rings to have reset in new settings. Was working with who I assumed to be the manager on picking out designs. Right in the middle of us finding the design for the second ring another customer walked in and she got up and greeted him and never spoke a word to me again. “Gave me” to a very sweet young salesperson who admittedly knew nothing about custom ordering. I left and went to Jared. Thank you for the lesson. Jared has my business for life
I love the employees at Kay in Frankfort they are always so helpful and nice. I shopped there today and as always they are on point, but they desperately need their windows cleaned. For a jewelry store of that stature I would expect a little more in regards to appearance of the outside of the store.
This store will forever have a place in my heart and all the kind ladies that work there. I brought my dad’s wedding ring in to get it cut in half so we could all have a special memorial from it. They did absolutely amazing and were so helpful throughout the process.
I just want to share my experience that I had. When I first came in Leah made sure to help me feel comfortable with getting my ring to the correct size and making sure I knew it was going to be corrected the right way. Once we came back in to pick it up Tena and Nicci helped not only to make sure we were happy with it. Tena was quick to assist me and get me out of here. Nicci was extremely helpful when it came to helping us pick out a birthday present for our mom. They were just all overall great and professional.
