Ravi and Priscilla from All Tech Appliance were fantastic. They quickly diagnosed the issue with our front load washer, explained what was going on in plain terms, and fixed it efficiently without any upsell or pressure. Professional, knowledgeable, and respectful of our home from start to finish. The washer is running like new again. Highly recommend their team if you need appliance repair done right the first time.
He had to visit twice meaning I spent 300$ on just a new drain valve, had to ask him to take his shoes off, if you’re in someone’s house you should probably immediately do that especially if this is you’re job.. then he put his dirty iPad on my clean dish drying rag. Not the best attitude. Overall okay service.
OMG! For appliance services, look no further than All Tech Appliance Service! Ravi was was awesome! Ravi came to repair the freezing and leaking issue regarding my Electrolux refrigerator/freezer. He was very knowlegable about the issue and came prepared to tackle the problem, along with addressing possible future issues that he discovered that would rear its ugly head, sooner than later. Ravi was very transparent about every step he was taking to repair the issue, and answered every question I had. I would not hesitate referring All Tech Appliance to others, and will definitely be using them again for any future appliance needs. Call Ravi and his team...you won't be disappointed!!!
Ravi came out to look at our dishwasher. Ultimately we ended up just replacing the unit, but he was very knowledgable and gave great recommendations for a replacement. Communication was excellent prior to his visit. Will definitely use them again for any other appliance issues.
I will happily recommend All Tech Appliance to all my friends! Angela was a pleasure to speak with about my fridge issue, asked good questions, and set up a service call as soon as possible. Ravi came out to fix my fridge, replaced the broken evaporator fan very quickly, and was very pleasant to chat with. The cost seemed reasonable to me, as well. I’m very happy with my experience.
