The office staff was super nice and the communication from them was great. However, after I took off work to be at home to wait for the repair guy for a second visit, (received a reminder call the day prior and also that morning with an updated timeframe), I was informed halfway through the day that he wasn’t coming - and was never planning on it. He “knew” what the issue was (even though the issue got worse after he replaced the first part) and didn’t need to come out. Granted, he did say on the first visit the issue could return and said to call them if it did. He did not say it would be XYZ part if it did and that he wouldn’t need to come back out. Apparently the office wasn’t informed of this either as they were totally expecting him to have to come back out. This is on top of various annoyances from the first time he came out to look at my fridge, including spilling yogurt all over the place (which even though I was sitting right there he didn’t mention to me, but instead halfway tried to cover it up by cleaning it up). Yeah…he didn’t did such a horrible job of cleaning it up that I had to take everything out of the fridge and clean the dried yogurt up after he left. I feel the communication from the repair guy was sorely lacking. First time using and will be the last. Only reason they got 2 stars is the nice lady on the phone. This guy needs more guidance.
