I waited for 3 weeks to get someone to look at my new frig, in which the ice maker was not working. A few other companies never showed. I finally got scheduled with Sloan Appliance Repair. Michael was the tech. Within one minute he knew that my issue was a know defect. He is ordering the part and will be back to fix, which is covered under warranty. I was very happy with his professionalism, cleanliness and kindness.
I had a fantastic experience with Sloan Appliance Repair. My technician, Michael M, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable. He efficiently diagnosed the issue with my GE washer/dryer and quickly had it up and running. I will definitely be using their services again and recommending Sloan to friends and family.
I had Michael M. He quickly came out and figured out the issue after numerous other folks couldn't (not from Sloan). He was very professional and timely. Great office staff as well that communicated reminders in advance. Michael also did a great job communicating his anticipated arrival time to help me plan. Ordered parts and came out and had me back up and running. I really appreciate it!!
