I waited for 3 weeks to get someone to look at my new frig, in which the ice maker was not working. A few other companies never showed. I finally got scheduled with Sloan Appliance Repair. Michael was the tech. Within one minute he knew that my issue was a know defect. He is ordering the part and will be back to fix, which is covered under warranty. I was very happy with his professionalism, cleanliness and kindness.
