Came to my home 3 miles from their office, spent 15 minutes here, took my $99 service call fee. Conveniently didn't have change for my $100 bill to avoid a 3% charge. Told me it was the motherboard, turned out to be the wrong part after a $200 dollar purchase. Didn't refund me or apologize for the waste.
Recommended by a neighbor but unfortunately did not live up. We called stating that we needed a new lid lock for our GE washer and scheduled for a tech to come out. Upon arrival the tech walked up to the washing machine and stated, you need a new lid lock. We had let them know the brand and model number prior to arrival to expedite the process. Unfortunately, they would not have the part for “some time”. $99 to “diagnose” what we stated in the initial phone call needed to be fixed.
Would not recommend this provider. Technician that came out for warranty service was unfamiliar with my refrigerator. Spent less than 10 minutes and didn’t even check. Said he would call manufacturer and get back to me. I called two times for follow up after not hearing back and got the runaround. Called the office and the person answering the phone was rude. She called me back and basically said I was not telling the truth. Appliance still isn’t fixed.
