On my way home for the holidays I hit a massive pot hole and completely messed up my front bumper. I came into the first car spot I found on Google in my pajamas…and how lucky I am to have chosen Woodies! Being a young woman with no car knowledge can sometimes be intimidating, but everyone was very warm and explained things plainly for me. While they don’t specialize in body repair, they still offered to try and help me out…which they did! I was there maybe 30 minutes, and they wouldn’t let me pay a dime. I can’t thank you enough guys! I’ve been a customer of the Woodie’s location on Dupont for 5 years and 2 cars. The service I receive every time is incredible. They take the time to explain every light that is on, why it’s on, and will walk you through the urgency level of repairs. Often, car repairs are expensive so the fact that they take time to prioritize repairs is remarkable customer service. Highly recommend!

I was misinformed regarding the necessary repairs for my vehicle and received a quote of $4,700. Upon obtaining a second inspection, I discovered that more than half of the claimed repairs were, in fact, unnecessary. Had to claim 1 stare to share.

Excellent service with awesome people. Car broke down and I was not from here, but they got me back on the road the next day and a very fair price. If lived here I would not take my vehicle anywhere else but Woodie's
