Wonderful experience. He was able to order the parts and get me in super quick. I was expecting to have to drop off my son's phone and come back in a few days but he was able to fix it right there within 20 minutes.

Professional. Polite. Very Reasonably priced. My wife's iphone suffered injuried that would eventually become fatal, but Scott worked some voodoo magic and extended the lifespan of her poor device by another 3 months. Despite having to stay on life support to work at all, he was able to make it live on until we could make ends meet. Needless to say, the iDoctor was able to make our life easier while not being too hard on our wallet. If you or anyone else you know has an issue with any device, Samsung or Android, this is the place to go. DC Solutions in gallipolis overcharged me, broke my phone, and didn't even replace the charger port we paid... Professional. Polite. Very Reasonably priced. Scott was able to replace and fix my MacBook pro screen and it's like brand new! He was very responsive and gave me updates as needed. The only issue we ran into was the part ordered initially didn't work causing a delay in getting my laptop back in a more prompt fashion (not his fault). Thank you so much Scott for being reliable and knowing what you're doing & doing it well!
