Tree roots backed my sewer up into the basement. I wish I would have called Clogbusters first. Their customer service went above and beyond, with Tom answering questions to help me navigate the options along the way. He was respectful of my anxiety and helped me understand with strait forward explanations. Each team member brought old school professionalism and skills. His crew was friendly and did a top notch job completing a task that the previous plumbers failed to do (and they had also charged me 4x the price). I feel more at ease knowing who to call now whenever a plumbing need arise. This team is smart, savvy, talented, and good spirited. Highly recommend!

They crew forgot to bring the drain camera after I requested over the phone and then turned the crew away in person the first visit and then rescheduled. The 2nd trip they "forgot' it again and went back to get it. When they couldn't clear the rain drain clog they gave me a cryptic"talk to our drain replacement quote person" instead of a clear answer. I made the mistake of paying them first before I got all my questions answered and had them promise to clear the other drain because "they missed" it. When I came back out 5 minutes later, they had taken off! They also ripped out my gutter bracket nailing the piece together and damaged the sliding! Roto rooter was a little more expensive but much more helpful. So unprofessional! Oh I called the "quote" guy and got another cryptic answer about the drain and then 1 week later he tried to sell me a $10K drain replacement. I ended up digging out and replacing the drain myself for $200.
