Received very prompt service, Scottie was so nice and efficient. Made sure I understood everything and was very honest and informative. He made a stressful situation so much less of a burden with his confidence and problem solving. When he was all done he even asked if there was anything i needed him to look at while he was here.
We were having sewer backup issues that we ourselves couldn't deal with, so we called Mr. Rooter. We had used them many years ago, and knew that they are fast and dependable. Rico Russell, our technician, quickly got here and to work right away with obvious knowledge, all the tools of the trade, estimate and plan... Plus, a needed sense of humor! We appreciate his ability to have completed the "mission" effectively, efficiently and with cleanliness. Definitely would recommend their services!

The response from Mr Rooter came within minutes of my online request. They scheduled the appointment for that morning. Tucker arrived on time and was very courteous and knowledgeable. He really understood what was going on and addressed all of the issues we had. He noticed that our inside shutoff valve was non-functional and proposed a solution that he was able to deliver smoothly. Now we have a tub that doesn’t leak and a quick way to shutoff all the water to the house. I wouldn’t call the pricing cheap, but I think he earned the money that we paid. I would happily use Mr Rooter in the future.
This is the second time we’ve used Mr. Rooter and Ric was very helpful both times. First time was to stop a water leak. Second time, he helped us replace our 23 year old water heater. He explained the different types of water heaters out there. He also explained pros and cons and costs for up keeping for each. He recommended the best solution for our family’s needs. The install was fast and efficient. It came with 1 year warranty through Mr. Rooter and also the brand he installed came with a 6 year warranty. We are happy with this level service. They have proven to be a knowledgeable and trustworthy company to work with.
