Grant at SRD Plumbing helped me out with fixing a leak. He was timely in his response and was very respectful of my property as he laid drop clothes and clean up when he was done. I really appreciated his clear communication of what was wrong and outlining of options so I could make an informed choice. I'll feel good about calling on SRD when needed in the future.
Wanted to rotate my toilet 90deg but required toilet drain to be relocated. Called on SRD to conduct work. Grant was able to schedule work within a few days, was professional, and completed work in a timely manner. He communicated well and also provided additional advice and answered questions that I had. Will reach out to SRD Plumbing for any future needs.
Grant with SRD did a great job with a problem we had with an outside faucet leaking. While he was here fixing that we talked with him about moving the faucet up higher so it would be easier to reach. Because we are in the middle of replacing the siding on the house the siding was off, so this was the best time to take on the job. He went ahead and got the parts needed and returned to complete the job that morning. He offered the best solution for an issue that had bother me for awhile. I am very happy with the work and the price was reasonable. I have kept his card on file so that i can reach out to him if I have plumbing issues in the future. I would highly recommend this company.
