Jaylen did a great job cleaning the carpets. He explained everything before hand (as did the person taking my calls). He was very polite and professional. Carpets look great, and dried quickly. No artificial or chemical odors. Charged the same amount as quoted. (Be sure to let them know if your rooms are larger than 200 sq ft. when you call. )
Wow!!! I am so glad I had Zerorez out to clean my air ducts. I knew my ducts were dirty but I had no idea how dirty. I couldn’t believe my family was breathing that filthy air in our house for all these years. Our tech, Mark, was great. He communicated throughout the day to let us know when he would arrive. Once on site, he was nothing but professional. Zerorez was in and out in no time and we were left with the cleanest ducts in the neighborhood. I would most definitely recommend Zerorez.
We had both carpet cleaning and duct cleaning. Both experiences were a 10! The techs for the carpet and ducts were very professional and thorough. Making sure of what our needs were and that we were completely satisfied both before and after the service was performed. Which we are! Thanks to Tez, Mark and Shawn. We definitely recommend Zerorez.
Zerorez has been a great company to work with. I have had to reschedule our appointment multiple times due to delays in having the house ready to move into, and they have been accommodating every time. Their communication is fantastic - they text times and email the details and I’ve been able to change appointments by text when needed. Now onto the actual service! We had the day wrong and the guys were on time on the right day and waited patiently for us to show up. When we did, they were easygoing and nice, they didn’t mind the construction mess we had going and worked around it without issue. They brought in a big plastic hose that was connected to the truck and attached it near the furnace. Then they went from room to room and spayed air in the vents to blow away the dirt and it got sucked into the truck. Not sure what else they did, I was at my little desk. When they finished, they sent photos of the before and after - and even though we were informed by the neighbor that the former owner of the house had had the ducts cleaned recently, there was some gross dust in the vents that’s now gone (one looked like it hadn’t been cleaned before). And the dryer vent was a true fire hazard, it obviously hadn’t been cleaned before. And the guys made it look shiny and new. Everything about this process was easy and painless. And the price! I used another service for air duct cleaning a few years ago and it was a total nightmare and twice what I paid for Zerorez. Very expensive lesson learned - their name sounds like ducks if you are wondering who not to use. Zerorez healed that nightmare pain and made it into a dream. I will definitely use them again in the future - and my neighbor took their card and will be using them too!
Needed my Air Ducts cleaned as they haven't been cleaned in 20 years by the previous owners. Called around and was immediately impressed by the level of service I got in booking the cleaning. They asked about the space around the hvac and getting access to it as a commercial vacuum is quite large and heavy, this insured they didn’t have to use the more expensive, but smaller machine. It was nice to be warned of that ahead of time. Offered a few additional services as well, but the tech would be better to offer services once eyes were on the situation in the home. Booked an appointment, got reminders, and a text when they were on the way. Great communication from everyone involved. The techs were great, friendly and knowledgeable about the kind of duct setup I have. Did offer some optional additional cleaning items, dryer vent cleaning and disinfectant fogging. They explained the pros and cons (which I had looked into ahead of time anyway figuring I would be asked again) and I went with the disinfectant fogging due to some conditions from the previous owner. They were quick and careful, took before and after pictures of the main vents (which was a unexpected thing, but really hammered home how bad the ducts were), and were done in slightly less time than they quoted due mostly to my removing cold air return covers for painting the walls and leaving them off for cleaning. Overall, I am very pleased with Zerorez and will be using them in the future for carpet cleaning.
