I scheduled a service appointment for my Speed Queen washing machine with Keeven Appliance and was given a service window of 8:00 a.m. to noon. At 9:04 a.m., I received a call stating that the technician had an “emergency” and the appointment would need to be rescheduled. Homeowners arrange their schedules—and often miss work—to accommodate these service windows. Last-minute cancellations are unacceptable and demonstrate a lack of professionalism and respect for customers’ time. Based on this experience, I will not use this company again and cannot recommend their service.
