Very happy with the service I received! It took about a week for the new chase cover to arrive, but once it did, the installation was quick and smooth. The team was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was done right. The new cover looks great and the whole process was hassle-free. Definitely recommend!

I was super thrilled with this service. Our technician thoroughly explained everything to me- how the duct and furnace system works, what was wrong and why, how he was going to fix it. I feel like I learned something new about my house! He also didn't mind that I followed him around watching how the vents were cleaned- which I found fascinating. My vents might be rusty, but they're so clean now! Plus they've been disinfected and I have peace of mind that my family and I won't be getting ill from what is coming out of our vents.
