I never believed how great a service and the quality of his work would be. Eric is a man of his word and absolutely no B.S. I can’t recommend Erie's Heating and Cooling LLC enough. I’ve been putting off replacing my AC, and during a 90°+ heatwave, my unit froze up. He came within an hour, added freon, and returned the next day when it started freezing up again—spending almost 2 hours troubleshooting everything in brutal heat. He was honest about what would and wouldn’t work, and ultimately didn’t charge me a dime because he wasn’t able to resolve it. That kind of integrity is rare. He’s professional, responsive, kind, and truly wants to help. If you need honest HVAC service in St. Louis, he’s your guy.
