After we had our home renovated, we called Ductz to finish our renovation by cleaning the air ducts. Steve W. came out timely to give us an affordable quote, and to explain their cleaning process. The day of the cleaning, two guys came out, they used booties and drop cloths to protect our floors. Also, they did a great job as was demonstrated by the before/after photos of our ducts. Thank you Ductz!
These guys are awesome! The quote process was easy and thorough and the team showed up as scheduled and were very polite and hard working. They put on boot protectors when they entered the house and used drop cloths on the floor where their hoses went. Their price was very competitive and I couldn’t be happier now that we have clean ducts! Highly recommend.
They did an acceptable job of getting my ducts cleaned out, even with some of the temporary register seals not fully blocking the air flow. I took off a star because at the end of the process, I asked them to clean out the filter box, with all the debris from my ducts, outdoors since the reason I had my ducts cleaned was health problems caused by dust. They insisted on emptying the filter into trash bags in front of my furnace, a dead air space that I could not easily ventilate. Not the level of service I expected for over $1000 paid.
