My daughter had a flat tire and had taken it off her car and left it with them at 930am at 4:00 pm they had not fixed it yet.she told them she had to pick up her child from school and they told her relax we will have it done by 5:00pm, give me a break we went to dobbs,had no problem and saved a few dollars.
Amazing business! My tire blew out on the highway about 1/8 mile before the exit, and I was pleasantly surprised to see a tire place at the end of the offramp. They did a great job, were professional, and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Auto World!
My belt broke while going down the highway and I was able to make it to Auto World.. they got me in immediately, ordered the part and had it fixed within an hour.. great service and great employees!! Highly recommend!!!
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS PLACE! I took my jeep there and my entire stereo system was stolen! They didn’t turn the alarm on, left the doors unlocked, and unzipped the top on the drivers side to make it look like it wasn’t an inside job! There were several cars/jeeps on their lot yet, mine was the only one that had gotten broken into. I was also the only one with aftermarket stereo equipment. The only way they would’ve known that is because they serviced the jeep plus windows are tinted so it was definitely an inside job! The owner offered nothing, after trying to contact him multiple times to see if he would resolve the issue they became more rude and hung up on me. If you want to keep your vehicle safe, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE!
I recently had my engine replaced at Auto World and Brendan took care of the entire process. He was straightforward and honest from the start, walked me through the options, and never tried to upsell anything I didn’t need. The turnaround was fast for such a big job, and the pricing was more than fair compared to other shops I checked. Brendan kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and made a stressful repair feel easy. The car is running great now. Highly recommend this shop and especially Brendan
