The best customer service experience I’ve had with any company. The owner personally called to let me know that the floor cleaner had shipped and to give me tips on how to use it. He spent 30 minutes with me on the phone, answering all my questions. He also gave me a great bundle deal on another vacuum I had been looking at. I highly recommend Vac World.
Vac World is my go to place for my vacuums. I have purchased several Miele canister vacuums over the years and would not be able to clean so well for others without these wonderful tools. Genuinely good people in Vac World; always willing to assist and personalized service. You just can't get this care through Amazon! I would highly recommend!!
Incredible care and service that you can’t get with a big retailer. Mark worked with our budget and set us up with a used Miele, which I took home to use. It didn’t power on. Confused, I took it back to Vac World and the crew fixed it within minutes, replacing the motor free of charge. Great machine and shopping experience. Highly recommend.
Stopped by Vac World to check out new vacuums for our house and Mark was awesome. He took the time to demo the models we were interested in and really knows his stuff. His passion for his craft is evident and it was a pleasure talking with him. We ended up going with a Riccar that we’re super excited to use, and we got a great deal too! Mark was super accommodating and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re shopping for a new vacuum, skip the big box stores and support this local business.
